i played around with it on some Open Mats on the Weekend, works fine but no one wanted to take my heel to quater guard even if i placed it for them, they always went for half guard ... greedy bastards :P

It went private cuz I used music that wasn't cool with youtoobz. It was posted by a brown or black belt. 10th planet watch = me. I came up with the transition, we drilled it, and Lobes perfected it. So we talked it out and came up with the details.

I filmed him doing it, cuz the camera makes me look fat.
