Amsterdam sounds like the smarter move. If you move to LA, that $5k inheritance is going to be gone in less than a month. It's not going to take you far at all.
Amsterdam seems to be the wiser move if it's easier to find work. Get a job. Start a hotbox. And take the steps necessary to turn that hotbox into a moon. Doing the same in LA would be 100x harder. Go the smart route.
That's what I mean, the Amsterdam route involves opening my own school, the LA route involves just training at HQ. I wouldn't bother attempting to open a school in LA, especially with Vista, Riverside and HQ already there! :)
