Josh, if you wanna learn some of the basics of deep half, I can show that next time I come down. I am no wizard with it, but I do use 2 of the sweeps pretty regularly. I have really only been playing with deep half for about a year, and I really love it.

1)Although you can finish the Crush by attacking the near leg, its more efficient to deep hook the far leg (his right leg in the video) as your going to continue your movement to that direction(as you did in the video).
2) Stay propped up on your right elbow, it will give you more dexterity and range of motion with your legs.
3) Even though he was holding his right leg with his hand, you could have gone for the leg assisted crush by throwing your left leg over his arm and right leg.
Over all very impressive for not putting in the reps like you mentioned.
