Me and some mates discovered this six years ago and named it after our gym, lol! (Probably been around for ages, but we didn't know about it)
We got it when people tried to pass the guard under the foot. We used a leg curl, heavy hips, and if we were lucky enough to hook the leg, we had the neck crank. But it was really low percentage, so we forgot about it. Sometimes it pops up though.

I could see this used to counter a guard pass that Leo Viera does. We call the pass he does a Leg Drag, cause its similar to an arm drag.
That guy has a funny way of doing Omaplatas.....
