Yeah, this is some bullshit. I have my little gym in my garage and it sucks when I can't even work for an hour straight without feeling like Im gonna die.

I'm sure most of the guys from the Midwest and the North will disagree with me but I would chose colder then hot. I spent 25 years in South Florida and moving up here was a nice change. I feel like you can always put on more to warm up. I know that shoveling and salting the driveway for a few months a year sucks but it beats dying in heat like this. I've been out of the Florida heat for almost 6 years, this crap is nasty.
But given the opportunity I would move back in a heartbeat.
I've been told that before Jack. The guys I work with think I'm crazy.
Yeah, my loft is a like a heater right now. I can't play jiujitsu with my kids and gym numbers have been low even though we have an AC. I think people just get sluggish from the heat and stay home.
I been hidin' in the freezer at work 4 the past week now SMH, I walked outside and almost bursted into flames LoL
Loft is also my bedroom and My ac broke. I can't even sleep in their, now my back hurts from the couch. :( Trying to fix the AC at the gym right now. Hope this works.
Your weather may suck right now, but at least you have a sweet song...

Cry Babies is all I hear. I'm just joking though. I'm in Minnesota and we had the highest humidity in the world.I think we hit 115 deg.Ive been going to class for about 7 months and we had the air on 1 time, and that's only because I went to a night class. They never have it on in the am class.
