Josh, looking forward to seeing you and Hedi at the Herzog Seminar as well! Maybe you'll be healed up more by the time you come down there and we can roll some and you can tap me out a few times :) and I'll be able to learn some good techniques and maybe you can instruct me a little on Brandon's breathing method. Also I'm competing this weekend at the Lutador Challenge in Atlanta in both gi and no gi. I hope to have some video up if I win any and maybe throw up some 10th planet signs if I win at all (hopefully I dont get jumped on by my alliance teamates lol!)

All I can say is that I have a lot of respect for you. Your perseverance is inspiring. thank you.
