I have broken two training partners ribs with this bad boy. Im real careful now. Respect its leverage, because he has nowhere to go.
I like to go slow with it, because it can be awkward to adjust once you dive over your partner's head.
i like this move alot.
Its a game changer for sure. I get it on everyone especially the Gracie school people. I go with a nice slow flow nothing snappy, and dont try yanking shit like a damn wrestler does. Jiu Jitsu destroys wrestlers.
