depression exists and controlled breathing exercises help keep the anger and anxiety attacks in check. I just reiterated things my combat stress psychiatrist told me while I was in Afghanistan. It worked for me, maybe it will work for him

definitely train but no new rolling partners. roll with one of your boys
cool, will do. thanks Jason!
If you feel mentally strong enough, get the Dali Lamas "little book of wisdom".
It's super cheap and there's a lot of little bits in there about anger control and how trying to control anger/depression really helps you overall.
I know it sounds like some zen bs but if you take even the tiniest thing from it u didn't have mentally before that's worth it right?
Hope you feel better.
sometimes the hokey stuff works but no one wants to take their superman capes off long enough to give the shit a try and as a Marine, i knew that all too well.
let your guards down and give some of this stuff a try.
NP bro
My advice would be to train as much as possible. I'm not sure what "meds" you're quitting, you were pretty ambiguous, but I can take an educated guess, and yea I'd say train your ass off. It's a great distraction, and exercise produces endorphins which will help to quell any withdrawal symptoms. Oh yea, and you get to choke bitches out! Just don't get too addicted to THAT or it might get you into trouble... (not to self, do not demonstrate RNC on boss)
or I hear taking 5 HTP can help deal with it since its builds or give seretonin Im not sure but I hear its safe so you check it out since its only for a couple days
