I in my opinion, skream actually isnt to big over here in Canada, or well i havent been listening to him recently, i still have a couple of his tracks, but im more into 16bit, stinkahbell, skrillex is huge here i know that, boregore, flux doc p the same, pretty massive. have you ever checked out egothieves?? i like what theyre doing, the release mixes of various artists that range from dark dub, to dub pop mix, and everything inbetween
I don't really know how big it is here, I have just heard a few friends mention it and thought I would check it out. Any certain artists recommended would be great...:)

your big names are Skrillex, Flux Pavillion, and Doctor P (Cookie Monsta is dope to) But theres soo many artists out there with different styles, so alot of it is hit and miss, some you might say, oh that sounds like shit how can anyone listen to it, and others you will be like, damn thats is great. i say start off with looking up those guys and checking out the ukfdubstep channel on youtube and just goin throw random ones seeing what you like.
and @ Bryan Brown, yes it is

You're kidding right? I cannot get away from this stuff,
and I've been trying hard. Seems like every club/bar in
Austin turned into an electronic only club in the last 3 years.
I personally don't like it much, but always thought this
was pretty cool:
