Definitely. I dont get many chances to defend 10th Planet stuff or pick up defensive tricks from peoples. Everybody down there is super cool.

I wish I could train 7 days a week. Though 3 isn't bad for now.

3 times a week is not bad at all. You're training 1 and a half times "normal."

We decided to push off the seminar til after the worlds. Trying to get my last minute training in before the event. After nov 5 I'll be there for sure brotha.
