Yep the twins (Bryan & Anthony) have just hit their 1 year mark of training, and have been busting their asses. I'm proud of those two, they are very attack oriented and it shows.

I really miss rollin' with the apes out there. Technically proficient as well as strong and well-conditioned. Add in consistent practice with a truely excellent coach and you can't help but turn into a beast. I hope I can do my part to bring even a little of the Rochacha flavor to 10th Planet St. Paul. That purple belt feels a LOOONG way off right now. :)
