strange. i saw the clock hit 20 sec left... and i count 20 sec and they didnt finished the round untile he tapped.

Do they have a rule to extend the round if someone got a sub cinched in? That would be rad! So many dudes are saved by the bell!

My stopwatch tells me that the tap came @ 24.8 secs after the 20 sec mark....interesting....maybe the HDnet clock was off a little.

The tv clocks are usually off which is why they disappear off of the screen at the 5 second mark. The official time is kept by the commission and the production tries their best to be in sync with them.
