At 150 and stopped free rolling with 200+ going 100%. I land out just hurting a rib, my back or neck. Since I stopped doing that, I haven't been getting hurt and not had to take time off.

I try to roll with the littlest guys possible, unfortunately the only one smaller than me is Yoda and he smashes me.
I roll with everyone 80 to 280 whatever
i'm 6' 5'' and 250 lbs, i love when i can roll w/ someone my size! it rarely happens though. I'm real chill though i rarely muscle.
Im 155 (walk around) and compete at 145-155...and yes, I agree...I roll with all of my students and I also make sure Im the first guy to roll with anyone who is a walk-in.
I have a pocket of guys (about 10) that are between 190-215. A few at the 230 mark. Lots of 170-185 ish...and one guy who is 135.
Its brutal on the body, but they appreciate and respect the fact that I roll and spar with all of them....6 nites a week..
I roll with everyone at my gym regardless of size, but most everyone their is size conscious and don't try to rip you in half or otherwise be an ass.
its good to roll with all body types as you never know what you will be up against in tournaments competitions and other situations .
I don't really care how big or small they are, I'm there to learn.
I'm 5'10 and about 160. I roll with a buddy of mine that's 6'3, 250lbs with 3% body fat. I make him work for the sub, but I can never submit him. My day will come though.
