Not a single person in The Freak Show does gymnastics.
The gymnastics exercises wouldnt hurt im sure, but a bboy session and jj training both emphesize proper tech, repetition, dedication, and passion. Along with becoming flexible, strong, agile, creative, and dextrous. Perfect compliments to eachother.
I video taped some bad ass shit from the Vista crew a couple weeks ago, they've been coming to HQ once a week to get ready for the Nogi Worlds, wait til you see what I captured :)
