I fully intend to start as a first day white belt on all positions of leg locks. That's what it is to me, a new world. I'm sure all the guys will be as humbled as I was. Good shit man! Zog always impresses me.

Hi Chris, personally I can't get enough of your great leg lock instruction.
But then again I teach leg locks at 10th Planet Riverside. I really appreciate
all the video of leg locks/leg lock counters you have produced. Keep up the good
work and continue to post as much as you like or can about leg locks.
