I think that to say 10p is only for flexible practicioners is a major fallacy. In fact, in any sport, if one is flexible, it can only help and not hurt. I would argue that Ryan Hall and Jeff Glover are very flexible, yet they aren't practicioners of 10p. So unfortunately, I will have to discredit Rener's argument that 10p is for only those with flexibility.
10p has become more than the RG or Twister. It has become more of a haven for progressive thinking practicioners, that aren't afraid to push the limits and challenge the status quo. Jiu jitsu is ever changing... This is why you see so many of 10p guys putting out their own techniques on YouTube, etc...
