Dude where do you live where you cant get to any competitions? The problem with jj in our country is that the events really are super spread out, so if you want to go to some good ones you have to travel. I did 600 miles to Manchester and back + staying in a hotel last year just so I could compete. Its a bitch but if you want to compete, travel more dude.
Like I say, I intend too. Got to understand though that I have a wife, kids and a business to take care of so I can't be dropping £100's and £100's regularly to spend on hotels and stuff. Clearly I will have to, however I have my fingers crossed some more events will be announced in the London/south east kent area for 2012. If I can compete in 6+ events in 2012 I will be very happy indeed. :-)
