Get it checked dude. Neck is nothing to screw around with.
my neck is kinda messed up too since a Naga tournament i did in philly back in Feb. someone got me into a choke/crank similar to a grovit
1) The neck is a very complicated structure. There is one and only one way to diagnose the injury: a history and physical exam performed by a competent medical practitioner; preferably board certified in orthopedics, sports medicine, osteopathy, or chiropractic. Imaging of some kind (x-ray, CT, MRI) is almost certainly necessary. In addition to the cervical vertebrae you also have a complex network of nerves, muscles, fascia, blood vessels, lymph nodes, etc that are all subject to injury. You don't need to break a bone at all to have a very severe neck injury that can lead to permanent damage. There is no amount of information you can tell me in writing that is replaced by my fingers examining your neck.
2) An internet forum is not a very good place for advice about things like this for the most part. That's how you end up with advice like: "I doubt it's broken though, moving it around would cause a lot more pain, probably a fracture" from people who clearly have no idea what they are talking about -- or they would know that a fracture means the bone is broken. There are a few of us around here with many years of actual health care practice. In my case, that's just shy of 20 years stomping around in ambulances, helicopters, airplanes, and hospitals taking care of some of the sickest people on the planet. Any advice you get that runs contrary to "go see a medical professional" is garbage and you should disregard it completely.
3) Get it checked.
4) See #3. If you're still not sure, re-read #1 and #2.
