The only reason this case is an issue is due to the media makeing it a race thing, which it is NOT. How many of you heard bout the WW 2 vet and his 85 y/o wife that were murdered & raped recently? Prolly none & oh btw it was a black on white crime so there is no story. Now that being said, if you want something to get your panties in a twist why not that? It's much more brutal and a hate crime but no media attention. Hm wonder why, oh cause that shit happens all the time. You don't see whoever whiteys people are going & making it a national incident do you? There is a ton wrong with this country & reverse racism is one of them.

wow! the term "reverse racism" implies that it's only ok for white people to be racist against people of different origins.but when the shoes on the other foot it's "reverse racism" lol funny how ignorance breeds racism & the southern sates are notoriously ignorant & racist. & zimmerman was not arrested that's what made it a issue. the assailant in that case was quickly arrested & will be convicted. & theres no justice without equal justice. white criminals should face the same legal system as black criminals. the national outrage was for zimmerman to be arrested & tried & convicted. & the racial component was not added by the media. zimmerman made it a racial killing by racially profiling treyvon, by very definition & his own admission in court. damn florida must be one of the dumbest sates where logic and facts take a back seat for the sake of argument. no wonder bush pulled his scam there

Agreed.I know all this info. And it's still manslaughter. Zimmerman caused the escalation to escalate. He has a history of being a trouble seeker. So, put together a trouble seeker, a kid who gets into trouble, mix in a gun, and you have manslaughter. Zimmerman had no reason to racially profile and stalk a kid. He brought the trouble to himself. That doesn't justify killing a kid.

I believe Zimmerman feared for his life because he's a pussy and didn't know how to fight. I believe he got his courage from a gun. I believe he looked for trouble. Found it. Trayvon DID assault him, and since Zimmerman is a coward and probably never got into a fight, got scared and shot Trayvon. You can't bait someone then kill them.

With all the facts on the table, Trayvon is no saint, but Zimmerman isn't clean either. He could've avoided the confrontation and avoided an unnecessary death.

Where did you get that information? As fas as I understand it, there were no eyewitnesses. Also as far as I understand it, Zimmerman had an impact tear in his scalp and a broken nose, which of course the media supressed. As far as we know, he was fighting for his life. We don't know. None of us can say how it all went down, and it's just as wrong to assume that one is more guilty than the other.

I'm not saying that either side is the "good guy" or the "bad guy". I will state with certainty that the media is using this case to stir up racial tensions across the globe.

I don't get sucked into racial baloney myself, but I see the pot being stirred all around me by the global elite and the media whores. I spoke to a guy from Louisiana on a holiday, and this guy is a regular Joe that trusts his government and believes everything CNN tells him, and he was telling me that things are so tense you can almost cut the air with a knife. He's looking for new employment to move to a different area with his wife and kids. He's not racist in any way, but he's contantly having people of other races making snide remarks and threatening looks, etc.

I'm not picking a side. I'm just saying that speculation has hung many innocents in the past, and there is no denying the media bais.

Depends on the state, some states you have the obligation to flee I'm not sure what FL state law is. I think this just goes to show you that you prolly shouldn't go around fighting people. Best thing to do is remove yourself from the situation. Also crazy people shouldn't have guns.

In Florida you have the right to stand your ground. I'll agree the smart thing to do is remove yourself from the situation. But the bottom line is, when someone has you mounted, fleeing is no longer an option. Add to that fear for your life, as well as a gun, and then you have a very sad situation like we have here. End of story, race has no part of this.

One guy came out and said what he witnessed. Mix that with the phone records and you can get an educated opinion on what happened.

I agree that the media is playing a dangerous game. They like to play with people's emotions to get ratings, even if it's detrimental to communities. If the media were responsible, they'd be trying to diffuse the situation with facts, not playing into the racial tension. The way they're handling it is dispicable. And the fact that this is influencing racial violence infuriates me.

Zimmerman is wrong and whoever pulled strings for him played it smart by charging him with murder because murder won't stick. Manslaughter most likely would if the prosecution was able to convince the jury to think objectively. But of course Zimmerman's defense will play the hell out of the race card and the jury will sympathize because media has influenced people (of all racist) to either fear or hate young black men/kids.

And this is why there are a ton of Zimmerman sympathizers. Rather than thinking, damn, a kid died over some BS, they're thinking, "oh he was a hood rat! He must've done something! And I hope Zimmerman wins so that I know if I were in that situation I could walk too!!!"

Your opinions on this situation are precisely what the social engineers desired to craft with this media campaign.

For all you know, Zimmerman caught this kid doing some bad shit, and as a neighborhood watchman, tried to contain him for the cops and that's why he started running. For all you know, Trayvon was the aggressor, and Zimmerman was defending his life.

On the flipside of that, for all we know, Zimmerman was an extreme racist, who decided to harrass and bullly Trayvon, and Trayvon wasn't going to take it, and went physical.

No one knows the truth, but I can assure you the last place I would ever expect to find it is from the New World Order hungry corporate owned media. Anyone who thinks they are going to find the truth there should spend some time researching who owns the media.
