My goals?
1. run 3 miles a day after work once the snow clears
2. Cut out all soda from my diet, with occaisional cheating at parties or what have you
3. Obtain a Blue belt and feel like a true badass! ;)
My goals are to:
1. Always continuing work on my diet
2. Train and Improve
3. Compete
Get back in the gym. :) Eat healthy! Less alcohol, and more green vegetables! Be nice to everyone.
- Train as hard as I can, as smart as I can, all year.
- Continue to modify my lifestyle toward optimum condition: Diet - No grains, Minimal Dairy, No artificial sugars, Grass fed/organic meats, less bad more good, Cut out negative psychological habits, and replace with positive ones, consume more information
- Yoga or full body stretching twice a day, everyday.
- Minimum 15 minutes cardiovascular activity outside of daily training, everyday.
- DOUBLE my endurance, strength, and overall conditioning across the board.
- Continue to learn and attempt to master the system and everything related.
- Continue to study nutrition, biology, kinesiology and other sports sciences relevant to our sport.
- Develop Hyper-Dominant Wrestling ability: it is essential to being a true top class grappler and martial artist, and here in the midwest everyone's got a big lead on the wrestling game. I'm uncomfortable standing now, I want to be strong there.
- Recruit more warriors for 10p chicago and further propagate 10p through the midwest
- Finish and publish some articles i've been working on for 10p soldiers on the science behind commonly neglected facets of nutrition, safe and proper flexibility training, competition weight cutting, etc.
- Be significantly better than anyone I compete against, and clearly demonstrate that in competition.
2013 Year of the Nibiru Warrior Let's crush this year team!!!
Cora's goal, as set by both of us. Is to rep the 10thplanetJJ hard in Houston since there is noone here doing so. Well at least none that we can see or know of. To train hard and go undefeated with all win via submission. The rest will take care of itself. And just to have fun...:)
5 Golds in my weight cat this year
2 silvers in my weight and no places outside top 2
No gold in absolute but a bronze and a silver
Competed at the highest levels even beating a black belt at the British
No I didn't train like a pro grappler most year round tbh, hopefully I can focus more next year
Only 5 blue belts taking our tally to 9
The Eddie Bravo Birmingham seminar was incredible and defo not one that we will ever forget!
