Anyone getting in MMA is say train with the mental state of attacking in each art-jiu Jitsu-wrestling-striking. Rather then "takedown defense OR Submission defense" thanks guys.
I teach mon MMA 930am n Thai boxing 230pm. Thursday Muay Thai 830am n Muay Thai 230pm, Fri MMA 930am. At Team Alpha Male.

I talked to my psychology professor (who thank God is open minded enough) he agree to let me do my observation analysis report using a method deemed the "Ludwig Method" just gotta wait for the Alpha Brain to come in the mail and shit should get interesting. Do you bring any fears into the ring with you, or leave them at the door? In other words, when the bell rings and you are 4 feet away from another great striker.. What emotions would you say you are feeling predominately over the others? Are you calm in your abilities, or on edge knowing that one of you is about to lose, and theres a possibility it could be you..
Always nervous when I fight. Different levels of nerves/fears though
When you fought Genki Sudo did you prepare at all for any of his goofy techniques and movements or not even worry about anything weird that he might do
Is your bang mauy Thai system designed to work better in MMA than traditional styles?

Hey Duane, I was looking for more information about your ranking system. I'm hoping to become an affiliate one day as well but it really is the ranks that i find super interesting. Is it based on amount of techniques someone can perform? a judged level of skill one reaches. time spent training, instructing level or something else? Do you have any limits on how fast someone can rank up?
I'm planning on moving out to america in a year or so and I will definitely be looking into visiting you at some point.
