Yes Jamze, that is correct. :)
I SO want to be a part of this - the resort, seminars - the whole things just sounds amazing. But I got a question:
Hey Dawna,
Where does this "train" business fit into the "traincation"? I'm currently booked to fly back to NY from the west coast on 6/30 but am wondering about delaying my return to NY so that I can join the fun. I just need to be sure that I understand all of the costs before making any changes to my original plan. Does the $1000 include a train ride to NV or something? And if so, where does the train leave from (LA)? Or does the train have multi-California based pick up stops before finally heading to Las Vegas.
Sorry (in advance) if this was posted before, I didn't really want & sift through the 20+ pages of responses each of your earlier traincation threads gets! I think it's safe to say that this idea is popular. Thank you!
Geez coach - your whimsical yet emotionally deleterious response has inspired me to recapitulate my previous post - but to no avail. I can still hear the faint whistling sound of a gentle breeze echoing inside of my partially empty skull.
Also, huh?
Why I get stuck is this. This vacation is being called a "Traincation" which leads me to believe there may be some sort of special train related activities (but none are mentioned on this thread). Do we all get to toot the train whistle? Is there a James Bond style "super-fight" on top of the moving train - where the only time limit is the low clearance tunnel off in the distance? Will the train blow up if it travels less than 55 MPH - unless we are rescued by traditional Gi-wearing super-heros led by Renato Laranja that can disarm the weapon using only their powers of chi?
Is there any reason that this thing is called a traincation other than the fact that some of the attendees will be taking a train instead of a flight to Las Vegas? If so, I might try to ride the train with everyone else...otherwise, I could just fly to Las Vegas from Oregon.
Somebody splain to me (and please use small words)!
Train as in "training" not choo choo ya dope.
Man, this turned into my favorite thread with lightning quickness.
Um, ok then...I may have watched a few too many hours of Thomas the Tank Engine, PBS Kids Dinosaur Train & Chuggy Chiggington with my 4 year old boy for my brain to function as a normal adults should.
But that's OK. I'm still special!

:) First, Herzog lol! Thank you I thought for sure that was a troll. @Michael, just so we're clear, you understand there's no train right? You get your self to Vegas by any means of your choice and then you train+ vacation= traincation with us. Let me know if you have any other questions.
