I had a lot of fun helping out Stew and learning some new things from Chris and Scott since we were only there the first day. Thanks everybody for the props and yes I can make 155 with some serious dieting and cutting... not sure now though as I've put on a lot of muscle mass. Back on track though, I had a lot of fun grappling with the guys in my division and some definite challenges!!

Damn, I'm so pumped to see video! Congrats Scott and Jeff!!

I am so proud of my east coast family for coming together for the love of the game and for 10p, I gotta make the next one for sure!! :)

I know I already said this on your facebook page Jeff, but congratulations to you, brother. Congrats to all the Nibiru winners. I wish I could have come to watch, but I was committed to riding a bunch of crazy-ass roller coasters with my wife and kids at Cnada's wonderland!

The event was more than I could have asked for. I'm just bummed that we had to jet a little early on Sunday. It was truly a pleasure to meet so many 10th Planet brothers and I can't wait until the next one :). Big thanks to Coach Herzog and Rochester for hosting the event!

Also big props to Rob Cole from 10th Planet Hartford on getting promoted to Blue Belt!

Yeah that's what I was thinking bro. You look like you have a lot of lean muscle. That'd be impressive if you could cut down to 155. BTW, serious question: where'd you get those pants? They were pretty dope.
