Can crusher, marcelotine, perfecting rolling kimura :)
electric clinch to electric chair sweep strategies.
Mini stomp, framing to perfect underhooks to dog fight/electric chair
Great to be at HQ once again.
I saw you setting up can crusher in the beginning of your roll with Tokoro.. He turned in, not away and you went to truck. It was awesome, I use the same setupQuote:

Leg attacks and defense taking Gogol to the next level
Pressure and shrimping.
Awesome stuff .. keep em coming fellas
Started learning grappling anew when I found this site and bought eddies books two years ago, so I added a lot!
The new things I am trying to learn one at a time is;
Lockdown
Rubber guard
A new turtle game, Robson Moura style.
Truck, and Eddie's Mount approach, gangsta lean etc.
Z-guard,Inverting, subs and deep half from there.
Zog and Reilly B. leglock game, as well as 50/50 when I end up in a reverse heelhook pos.
I've been able to pull off a lot of it, but erhh.. It's a lot of stuff to learn, haha!
I try to practice one area specifically while rolling, then move on to the next when I feel I've got the hang of it.
The only thing I can say I'm proficient in is the lockdown and the turtle, the rest I'm still learning, one bit at the time.
