Got destroyed today!

I love getting smashed! I always feel like I've gained and learned the most after I've had my ass handed to me.

u can pick on a white belt all day long that knows very little and u can toy with but only the white belt is learning i love getting my ass handed to me by upper rank guys its then that i get to learn

I think that has something to do with it. Train with guys better than you and they will make you better. They will show you the holes you need to fill. They will force you to do your techniques properly. They will improve your defense. And you might pick up a move or two while rolling. Tips for rubber guard? More practice. Learn from an actual instructor.
