I see what your saying now. Adding in some strength training is not a bad idea at all, more lean muscle mass will burn calories all day long. One of the guys at the one gym has very short legs, but he is extremely powerful, he uses butterfly to get you where he wants you at, then he legs locks/ankle/toe hold and his grapevines kill you. Some moves are just not designed for all body types. I bet you tear people in half in judo side control
