Used to train with Sergio every so often. Ok guy, been a little misguided on Rubber Guard "defense." Be gentle the dude on bottom is gonna crack you up.

Sorry guys, I looked all over for the "Snapping" the Rubber Guard video by Josh Barnett... But its not on youtube anymore it seems. It was the be all end of... well everything this thread wanted. Anyone who saw it back in the day can attest ;)
