Sensi Eddie has stated on MTS that Wrestling is an aspect that we should also spend time focusing on. So I have focused a lot because I had zero Wrestling experience. So far, one of the best things I have found (coming from a white belt belt with 0 wrestling experience) is Randy Couture's book Wrestling for Fighting. It essentially covers 4 basic takedowns: Double Leg, High Crotch, Low Single, High Single(Run the Pipe, Double leg, Foot Sweeps) as well as Under Hook Control and 2-on-1 and transitions to previous takedowns plus Mule Kick-Ankle Pick, Knee Block. Like the other Victory Belt books it puts the information in a progressive path and flow which I find useful for learning. After practicing all the techniques it has definitely changed my Stand-up and Take down game.
