Did you do Judo, wrestling or both before?
neither, taken a couple of wrestling classes but a lot of watching youtube and drilling with friends
The Low single is super legit! Its one of my favorite takedowns, I learned it with having my head on the inside leg and left forearm is on the mat and my hand is grabing the back of his ankle. Right arm is based out. I'm dropping my levels before i shoot too. Look up "John Smith Low Single" It helped me out alot! :DQuote:
