Sean and I are trying to eat as clean as possible. I feel it helps a lot whenever you are training hard. When you run yourself into the ground everyday, you need something that will support you in building your body back up. Fruit, veggies, and lean proteins. It really does make a difference when you start to cut out the junk. Also, I've been trying my best to go to bed an hour earlier. That helps too.
