Street Fighting "etiquette"..

i agree with weebo, if its some crazy night and some psycho looking dude trys it then do whatever you have to to survive, short of killing or paralyzing people, most things should go. if maybe you know the guy or something and he attacks you with just his fists, then i say battle the bastard and show him what your made of. but then again, i dont have a great fight history, 2 fights, and been sucker punched a few times lol. everyone has their own code though, so just keep it moral and stick to it :D

Street fighting is for savages , nuf said.

If a guy says "what the fuck did you say to me", "what the fuck are you looking at", "did you call my girlfriend a ......" etc etc I will say "no mate, sorry, didnt mean to give offence, dont want any trouble etc etc". If hes just a scrapper looking for a fight, he will snarl at you and go look for someone more interesting, hes just a guy who likes to fight and is too dumb to get his arse in a gym. If I want to scrap, I can, anytime, in a controlled environment with class opposition. The guys that keep pushing once you essentially verbally submit, those are bullies. They grow in size and get more aggressive the more scared the person they are intimidating "appears" to be. I hate bullies above all things. Bullies who just look for people weaker than them to prey on make me deeply and irrationally angry. I generally play along, for a while. There is absolutely nothing I find more satisfying than the change in a bullies face from self satisfaction and sadistic pleasure to raw terror. I make no apologies for this. More people should do it.

I have not actively picked a fight since I was 14. That guy was a boxer. He beat the living shit out of me!

Heel hooks are your friend in some street fights...

general play yes but this big dude is big ass stoner teddy bear hippie, I've never been in a fight just to beat some one up, I have been jumped, and god knows I've gotten my ass kicked. lol but in those instances I gain the wisdom that no one cares about the moral implications of an ass whuppin. thats when i stopped. lol just a lil fyi upon reading my previous posts I see how it could seem thuggish :)

If you are getting into street fights, much past the age of 18, you probably really need to evaluate your judgement and decision making ability. Stuff can happen, but fact is, I dont anyone who gets into fights, who isnt looking for them.

I grew up in Brooklyn New York the 90's were crazy there was so many gangs not this blood or crip shit but like the letter gangs acc all city crooks,rns rough neck soldiers,hdd hoodlums doing damage,666,bmwBrooklyns most wanted Ibeen in and seen some crazy rumbles dudes hitting people with qballs in socks machetes knives chains bats. I always fought with my hands to just defend myself I never tried to hurt anyone my whole family were either boxers or martial artist so they always taught me to never be a bully to only fight when you have to. I seen some dudes just be about fucking people up like really enjoying hurting people and all of them got it in return 10 fold in 1 way or another. The neighborhood was divided racially Italians, Irish, Puerto Ricans, Albanians, Greeks, West Indian Blacks, shit even the chinese would get it popping the Flying Dragons were no joke they would be quick to chop a mother fucker up. Dam those were some fun times cant believe its thats back in the day life moves so fast.

Yea dude, the times were different back then, kids nowadays dont have any honor. Back then you could say no one jumps in and people respected it. But now you got wanna be tuff guys that will sit back and sucker punch and jump in to keep from taking an ass whipping. Tough talkers, pussywalkers
