I drink a lot of kombucha, yogurt, kimchi etc to keep my gut bacteria up. I always use Dr Bronners tea tree oil soap post jits. It's antibacterial/anti-fungal. I also drink this stuff regularly https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YqdC2_lZ0eo . It will knock a cold or infection on its ass. High in antioxidants, antibacterial/ anti-fungal. All natural stuff, seems to work well. Haven't been sick in ages.
I took it once every two weeks. About 800 mg as the highest dose. Although, some have taken much higher doses. 25 dollars for a bottle of 12 on Amazon. This in combination with a cream clears it up in a matter of a few days, whereas just cream can take weeks, or in my case, months of recurring rashes. The lufenuron will work in it's own though.
