A seminar with Galvao is def worth it even in the gi. I imagine you would be able to learn something that you could translate no gi.

I'll just wait until the official press release from Metamoris.

yes. You'll be bale to apply most of it to nogi anyways. He doesn't have a super grip dependent game. It's a chance to learn from the current ADCC Absolute Superfight champion which makes a strong case for him being the best nogi grappler on the planet. Certainly top 3 pund for pound by any standard. Even if it's a gi seminar it's worth it.

I don't blame him. I think BJJ is one of is loves, but MMA is what pays the bills. He gets like six figures for a fight. I doubt Metamoris is paying him that. And he has a fight coming up from what I've read. Still has the potential to be a great event. Why not?
