I competed this weekend and focused hard on being comfortable and I actually felt much better and performed better. I lost more than I won but I worked my game and didn't freeze up. It was definitely the most fun I have ever had at a competition. I usually get disappointed in myself because I freeze and don't do much. I definitely wasn't as fluid as I am in training but at least making progress.
I am competing at NAGA Portland on the 20th, in my second competition. I will definitely bring this philosophy with me onto the mats. Thank you immensely for the share, B-Mac.
