I agree and also think it helps emphasize not all pot heads are losers with no ambition in life and not all cops are douche assholes with a power trip:)

Your talking like you have something to be scared of. Ohio was the first state to all but decriminalize marijuana possession 15 or so years ago. $25 fine (considered a non-moving violation) for like 6 oz's and up to 24 live plants as long as they are hand watered. I did one of my finals on the subject. Up until a few years ago in Indiana, you could get 7 years (same amount for man slaughter)for every seed found and charged with felony cultivation. At present up to 30 grams is a misdemeanor and over 30 is a felony.
Since when do you have to do a sobriety test? At least from my understanding you don't(correct me if i'm wrong cause it would be good to know).. At least from my experience(in Texas, Travis county).. I've gotten a lot of speeding tickets.. claim my amendments(cars never been searched.. even though I don't have anything to hide thats a huge pain in the ass) go to court if I have to and clear it up really quick. Slightly inconvenient but its better than paying for a ticket or having it on your record.
And as far as driving under the influence of alcohol... my policy is say no to the breathalyzer and when they arrest you, say no to the blood test. You spend one night in jail and have your license automatically suspended for 3 months.. its better than risking a dui(not saying I dui or support it... but shit happens)(also this happened to my friends brother recently and I'm not sure if thats exactly how he went about it but his licence was auto suspended for 3 months so its very likely it is.. I could ask)
Same guy got pulled over when he was younger.. and stupider as far as his rights. Cop searched his car found marijuana and claimed "plain sight" etc..(after the fact lol) that kevin was talking about.. but he beat it in court.
The system doesn't completely screw you if you don't let it.. cops will try and nail you but you can usually find a way to beat it if you don't screw yourself for no reason.
Thats my 2 cents
If I was going to smuggle anything at an airport the first thing I would do is make sure that my name wasn't Nabeel because that's pretty much a ticket to the front of the line for a full body cavity search.
I live in texas and have been searched many times. the first time I was in my car with 3 of my friends and we had smoked in the car. Right after we finished smoking my friend decided to call a guy riding his bike a Faggot without realizing that there was a cop parked at the next light. The guy on the bike told the cop we threw something at him and they pulled us over. We managed to ditch the pipe without the cop seeing it and my friend in the back seat ate the weed we had. That didn't change the fact that my car reeked of pot and 2 cops searched the inside of my car thoroughly. They didn't find anything inside so they didn't search my trunk strangely enough. They didn't even search us personally not even a pat down. I don't how these laws work but I am assuming if they don't find anything in the main cabin of the car they can't search the trunk and they won't do more than a pat down on you if that. Or maybe these cops were just lazy though they we sure we had stuff in the car by how it smelled.
Another incident happened a couple of weeks later when me and the same friends were parked at a park playing frisby. The same cops saw and searched our cars without us committing a moving violation. They said they got calls about us fighting in the field even though were had done nothing of the sort. The search was without a doubt illegal and we knew and despite us stating our rights and pointing out every legal rule we knew of they still searched the cars and when we asked for badge numbers (which they are legally required to give you or face termination) they handcuffed us and said if we continued to resist we would be charged with obstruction of justice. They once again didn't find anything and they refused to give badge number. We reported the incident and did what we could short of suing the police department and nothing ever got done. The point of the story is cops will break laws to catch people breaking laws. You can no your rights and state them to the officers and they will ignore it if they feel they can bust you for something, because even if its an illegal search they can just say it was probable cause if they did find something. I would never recommend transporting drugs of any sort or smoking and cruising around at least not in texas, its a game of chance and really the only way to trump the cops is with a damn good lawyer when the shit hits the fan. If you must drive around with weed only have enough to where you can easily eat the weed before you are searched.
Me liveing in mexico ive had alot of things happen to me at the border.once they took my car apart in the inside. Didnt find nothing.gave me the keys told me to leave. No sorry or put it back together.only the driver seat was still bolted.the reason.because my brother got nervous when they asked him a couple of questions.the bad part about they treated us like shit.they told us to get off the car. Kicked our legs open twisted our arms just like sakuraba did to royler. For no reasons. The funny part about it a couple of years later. I ran into one of the custom agents.showed up at one of the places i used to train at.wanting to sighn up for classes.took the intro class.rolled around.when it came to me choked the shit out of him.wasnt going to say nothing.but couldnt hold it back.told him thank you for taking my car apart fucker.never showed up again.
