Sorry to say, but if you're 15, you can't look like GSP. it can be a goal you move to as you get older, but there's just no way at your age. It's not possible. At least you have a goal to work towards though. There's some good advice in here.

Women don't give a fuck how your body looks, as long as you aren't deformed, obese, and you know how to groom and take care of yourself.
I had body image issues from 18-20, and lifted all the time to fix it. I broke my hand and had to stop. I know from experience man. If women is your cause for wanting to be more ripped up, fine, it's not gonna hurt. But having muscles is NOT going to make girls automatically dig you, and NOT having muscle isn't gonna make women automatically dig you either.
If you want to be good with women, simply hitting the gym is not the answer man. There arre much smarter and more efficient ways to go about that.
The type of women that are "all over" guys that are shredded up and for no other reason are typically very shallow, and often, in my experience, bad at sex.
If you want women "all over you" do a PUA seminar or some shit. Or just go out there and flirt and talk to as many girls as you can and figure out what works and what doesn't. You'll save a lot of money and energy. That's what PUA classes will ultimately teach you how to do anyways.
At 15 your body is still developing, the fat you speak of might be what is called puppy fat and you might grow out of it. But saying that adjusting your diet won't hurt. As for exercise, stick with compound moves like Squats, Deadlift, Bench Press, Bent Over Row, Shoulder Press. Do 5 sets of 5 reps for 3 weeks then drop the weight and do 4 sets of 8 reps for 3 weeks then drop it some more and do 4 sets of 10 reps. Then start over again. Find a training partner and feed of each other and motivate each other to improve.
Hope this helps
I have women all over me because im shredded and it is a curse. sometimes...(they always leave me for a perfect bank account)
Never stop movin and always try to manipulate your body weight impressively. Pull-ups, push-ups, lunges, squats, handstands, verticals, plyometrics out the wazzu. I eat what I want but I started wanting the good shit. My aesthetics are really just a fringe benefit of training my nuts off. Just worry about kinetic efficiency and the rest falls in place.
Everyone has already said what needs to be said... Don't worry about it.
GSP is blessed with great genetics. Getting that lean is 80% diet, often times more. Very little has to do with the way you work out, although some kinds of exercise are more conducive to those goals than others.
I constantly battle with clients who have the mentality that since I just had them do an hour of intense strength training and hard cardio, they can go have a triple cheeseburger the next day. Then they wonder why they aren't getting any leaner. Of course, they can eat whatever they want, but if they want to look a certain way, certain sacrifices have to be made.
