i just barely started drilling it today
Yeah man. I started taking antibiotics for acne and it really messed with my endurance during training. Felt like I had absolutely nothing in the gas tank and didn't even have the will power to fight out of chokes like I normally do. Quit taking them and am feeling basically back to normal. He's right about being sick though, especially with the flu. Those kind of things hang around for a bit. I'd say take a little time off as you may have come back too early. Either that or go realllllly light and just drill with a little flow rolling.
iv took a week off myself. Iv done nothing but eat ice cream, eat BBQ, and drink soda. I know tonight when i roll ill be gassing. I agree cardio is second most important thing other than technique. I found if you drink a shot of whiskey and huff some gasoline before rolling you will have more energy. I'm making that up.

I just came back to training last Thur. after a 3 week layoff cause i was overseas in Singapore & Indonesia , felt good on the mat tho but was a little shaky at things
i'm coming back off 12 weeks off torn my rotator cuff to bits since then its been shit alot of self doubt about returning to the gym
so after going in last night and the lady in the office basically saying that they don't want my money if i'm not going to train ive spat the dummy and going to my first no gi class tonight and i'm going to strangle every fucking body :)
