Also, stop listening to '80s rock or really dated music in general. Peel the Pinkfloyd sticker off of your car, if anyone has such a sticker, and replace with a modern indie rock band sticker. :)

Louis Ho is like 80 and he looks and fights like he's 25. Steroids IMO.
On a seriously note, injuries and age really started piling up on me about 4-5 years ago (I'll be 37 next month). I had to change my lifestyle to continue to train and roll as hard as I do. I did the following and its allowing me to conintue:
Went all to organic and natural foods, drinks, hygiene products, etc.
Besides eating organic and natual i have a specific diet (similiar to the Paleo diet).
I go to a chiropractor 2x a week.
I do Yoga.
I no longer take any pharmaceutical drugs.
I take alot of herbs and vitimins (My wife is a certified herbalist and natural health professional).
I vape cannabis at least a few times a day.
And I've made a change in my mental focus to BE POSITIVE.
My focus on my training has changed, I worry less about "winning" and focuse more on flow, creativity and having fun. I find my body appreciates it more and allows me to roll again the next day ;)
Biologically Im 28, mentally im 18 and my body feels like im 40. I wonder if I will feel 60 when im 40. The only advice I have is listen to your body and a lot of strectching.
I was on The Paleo diet for about 3 weeks and it was working but I literally felt like a caveman. I felt great but I was super aggressive. Not good when people start pushing buttons. Gonna go Dolce and maybe have a cheat day. Ive been converting to all natural slowly over the past year or two, so going the rest of the way wont be so bad.
I am 45 and married with three children (ages 8,5, and 4). The advice on diet and stretching has been great and is a must. Another key ingredient for me to staying vital has been zazen (meditation). My zazen practice now is shikantaza. Essentially shikantaza is sitting, following the breath, settling, and letting go of all the noise and ego that can distract and take us away from the present moment. This moment is really all we have. To really be present to the moment can bring a great deal of joy. When applied to training I've realized how truly grateful I am to be training and how the journey is what it is all about. Every now and then have a litle sake or a pint of Guiness too.
I have just turned 40 and I have been in that thick of it for 3 decades and I am still getting better. I think its a state of mind and that state of mind comes from a group of things outlined by many of you already. Good food choices, good pace choices etc are all important in my opinion. Rejuvenation methods are critical for recovery and good clean thinking too:)
