Dude Eddie beat Royler when he was being posed as a grappling god, he knew what he was doing very well.

Regardless of the winner, I don't expect any attitudes will change for long. The rivalry isn't really between Eddie and Royler , it's between the two tribes that support Eddie and Royler. Eddie's students and Royler's students have got more to prove than Eddie or Royler.
