I don't think Joe being able to beat Roy has anything to do with him being able to beat Frank. They are two diffrent people with different styles. An example would be GSP losing to Leo Santos, Leo losing to Jake Shields, then Shields losing to GSP.

Joe Rogan is a Black Belt in Taekwondo a Brown Belt in 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu and looks in incredible shape...but like he said he has no desire to be a fighter... plus he'd probably only make Middleweight possibly LHW... and Roy Nelson is far too big to be fucking around with if your not a heavyweight... the dude is enormous and is a Renzo Gracie black belt... as much as i love Joe he'd get smoked...
