I'm gonna say kyokushin. Was at an event last year and saw this kick attempted all night.

This looks like one of thoes attacks that you have to ready for. You prolly shoudln't even try to block it, just get the fuck out of the way and jump on the guy when he hits the ground. But then again, a guy like Imanari would throw the kick with the intention of grabbing your leg and pulling your heel off.
