Just get a GF have her massage when you come home from the gym. I get a good stretch before and after training. Drink a good protein shake. Take a cold shower once I get home, then take more cold showers every time I heat up after that until I stop heating up. Have a healthy dinner. Get a massage from your GF and sleep. No matter how hard I train, I always feel great by the next day.
Man, im gonna have to say unless your girlfriend has bin professionally trained gf massages are only good for gettin a boner and just dont cut it. Big difference. Sex helps though. Or so I hear.
My GF is really weak, so she could never get enough power to massage efficiently but since I'm pretty decent at massaging, I've shown her how to get proper leverage using her body rather than her arm strength to get the maximum force when she massages. Now that she's put in the reps, she does a great job. Technique, my friend.
