Do you guys know what's even in the pill?
5-htp is for your seritonin levels, something compellingly different from Acetylcholine which is what is in alpha brain.
They are both very important neurotransmitters, Acetylcholine effects mostly motor function, and memory i think.... I know people take that shit for alzheimers too

I started 5htp just over a month ago. On the 3rd day i noticed" im at work and im not getting pissed". If this effects mood as well as 5htp plus the focus increase im sold. I have a verry detail oriented job and cant lose focus.

Very interested in this but I do always question what things like this are actually doing to the body long term?
Not to mention my ever-growing fear that the body will become reliant on things like this.

You can buy most of these ingredients/supplements at your local vitamin cottage, whole foods, or online already. This mix is their "special blend" which takes some of the guess work out for you. However if they don't list the exact amounts (milligrams/dose) of each ingredient I'd be skeptical.
A number of nootropics are more smart "drug" rather than supplement.
Hydergine (ergot based)
Vasopressin
Piracetam
Vinpocetine
All of which must be purchased overseas/imported. Found they mostly gave a headache, tweaked out irritibility, or no effect.
All are expensive and the side effects are unknown. Waste of money IMO.
Even 5htp can have bad side effects.

@Emir, no it's not safe for a 14 year old. Children should never tweak their body with any drug. Let your body develop naturally.
