Wow, what a fully fleshed out, well developed, researched and cited perspective on physical fitness and health. That's the only thing I hate about martial arts in general, is the culture of presumed knowledge. Too much saying random stuff and pointing at your belt or your trophy case. That's actually what drew me to Eddie's instructional, he logically explains his perspective on everything and how he came to the conclusions that he has. He doesn't just say, "I tapped Royler." whenever someone argues with him.
