You are all a bunch of fucking retards.
You are all a bunch of fucking retards.
Like people said, Dana is mad that they hyped this up so hard for a one minute KO. I felt a bit...IDK...I felt like something was missing. I expected a war too. JDS was just too hungry. Cain did shoot. But I mean, you don't just shoot non stop. You gotta set it up. JDS found his timing super quick. Dana knows anything can happen. They really should've done at least two fights. Guida/Bendo should've been on the broadcast.
Ha who woulda thought?
Cain didn't want to stand and bang. Cain wanted to take it to the ground. But like I said, you don't just shoot. You gotta set it up. He was using the stand up to set up the TD. JDS just found his range super quick and blasted Cain before he could get his gameplan off the ground.
It was stupid to put all his eggs in one basket, Dana went against his better judgement in agreeing with the FOX executives in doing a 1 fight main event to "lament those glorious days of boxing..." And that's why it was bound to fail. Let's take the hottest youngest sport out there, that you've been running based on what you thought was best, and stage it in this dinosaur format for the largest crowd you've ever had the chance to expose it to...FOX has pretty lights, experienced techs, and lots of money. Let UFC run their show and just show up and film the motherfucker. These are professional fighters who make this their career to WIN fights, not put on shows. You want a show you go to WWE, you wany a fight, you go to UFC. That's why it's better, that's why we watch it, done ranting, I sleep now. 11/15/11 TUES night Hemingways, Smoke Serpent LIVE, WHAT WHAT! ;)
It seemed like his bias was pretty clear. If Cain would've won that fast, Dana would have been like, "YOU SEE, THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT, FINISHING FIGHTS! NEVER LET IT GO TO THE JUDGES".
JDS gave him exactly what he's always preaching he wants from his fighters, and yet he is clearly butthurt about it. Seems like he wouldn't be making statements deviating so badly from his ethos if he was truly unbiased in who he wanted to win.
