Nice shout out to Gabby Bella. She trains hard, has an excellent coach and support system, and deserves all the praise she can get. Eddie and I have had several discussions about the correlation between his JKD beginnings and philosophy on jiu jitsu and martial arts. Hell, one of the times he was at my place, he coined the phrase "10th Planet Concepts". Good stuff.
