Deep down I hope the rubber guard doesn't end up becoming standard in MMA, it would fucking suck to have to learn it after all the shit I talked on it, after all the times I got pissed at my students for experimenting with it, I wish it didn't exist or at least I wish it would just go away. What's wrong with the good old fashioned double wrist control guard?? :(
