Wallner is so tough and very athletic. Once he starts to put positions and transitions together he will kill at these tournaments. Good job, cut that angle when lookin for the gogo.
Yeah it doesn't help when you have such a big boy driving into that knee. Ouch
One pop, ice and ibuprofen I think I will be ok. Gerald over the phone diagnosed it as a muscle sprain or tear so I am telling myself that is what it is bbut he once told me that poison oak was herpes. I have a side supporting knee brace for now. I can walk but it feels a little loose. I will give it a week of extreme care and take it from there. I knew I was about to pull the Gogo off and I was psyched but then got sloppy. I will be good and plan on tapping all of these guys in the future.

I could see it from the mat I was on it was right before my match I think and I could see you flat on your back yankin in that foot. I was thinking, maybe we should drill more rubber guard at our 10th planet gym.
