He was also 17 at the time. After winning the Teens division we moved him to the Adult Intermediate division just to get him some "experience". He swept the division all by armbar. He turned 18 on Friday.

We go do some work with an orphanage during the summer each year. So I guess you could call it a fun trip in a way :) Lotta hard work mostly!

That's probably my favorite match she's ever had. Tight, suffocating pressure. Constant attack. Intelligent positioning. And a very strong finish.

Plus she literally NEVER practices in a gi, so to watch her dominate another Blue Belt at their own game is very satisfying. Ziggy doesn't even have a jiu jitsu gi. That's her karate uniform :)
