Thom you are right anyone can get caught by anyone. That is what makes Jiujitsu so effective that someone whom is not considered to win can win because of the techniques. I think that Royler is not scared but realized that there is a great deal of interest in this fight considereing that thefight happened over 8 years ago and he wants to cash in. More power to him, but to sign a contract then try to hold the fight hostage after the contract is signed is a move that makes Royler look like he is scared. So lets just call this for what it is an attempt to cash in on how big this fight is.

At the moment it actually appears that Royler is the laughing stock of the BJJ world. Anyways someone posted this on the underground, Eddie you need to check out this website to start bringing in donations. http://www.kickstarter.com/ Apparently it allows people to contribute but only takes money from their account once the overall goal is reached. Basically if we all only raise 45k we all get our money back, no hassle.

Clearly Royler should explain as to why the sudden request for a large sum of money? We are all only as good as yesterday's competition, training session etc etc what happened yesterday or 8 years ago for that matter is irrelevant.... They have both accomplished vast things and I'm sure many people on both sides of the fence would like to see this happen and at present we are all very disappointed at this latest turn of events, which i'm sure will be resolved one way or another. People will always defend someone to whom they aspire and look up to be that Eddie or Royler, I for one support Eddie and if he is asking for help to make this happen then you can count on me to show my support and donate the $10 dollars to someone who has given me far far more than $10 dollars could ever buy me.......
